Oasis Valleys has been uniquely inaugurated with a series of small functions instead of one big function. Nature at Oasis Valleys is at its best after monsoon, the final touches at “Oasis Valleys” for making it a functional institute, and almost a dozen, novel inauguration functions are on way! The very first program of the series of functions was a visit & informal gathering of Friends cum well-wisher CEOs who are first & foremost eligible to see-know the Oasis Valleys. These friends have played a vital role in one or other way staring from the dream of creation to actual construction of Oasis Valleys. “Learning Principals of Learning Schools” was second inauguration function of the series organized on 18th Sept, 2011. All the principals, teachers & representatives of the schools unanimously agreed that it is our responsibility to create an education system for independent & fearless growth of a child. Sincere efforts of learning were made from the experiences of experimenting schools.

Rural Leadership Development Program was organized on 28th Sept, 2011 for the friends, leading citizens & youths residing in surrounding villages & connected with Oasis valleys. Oasis core group friends stayed at Oasis Valleys from 1st to 3rd Oct, 2011 in order to have an idea by self-experience about problems, difficulties that arise while residential stay & their probable solutions. They planned the activities of the year 2012 during the residential function. It was the very first residential retreat at Oasis Valleys.

Family members of Oasis Friends Dussera in a different way by visiting Oasis Valleys on 6th Oct, 2011. During the month of November, three programs took place at Oasis Valleys – CEOs long associated with Oasis, Youth friends who were connected with Oasis since last 2 decades and Members & heads of various NGOs working for social causes. They discussed about the roots & solution of Corruption in the country along with visit of Model farm at Oasis Valleys. On 3-4 Dec, 2011 the residential workshop on “Mahan Hridayona SaReGaMaPaDhaNi” was organized for the architect organization associated with Oasis Valleys – S.Team design services. The workshop was facilitated by Snehal Shah, Chief Design architect of Oasis Valleys. Also Training of Trainer was organized on the same concept as a part of spreading the character building movement of Oasis on 10-11 Dec, 2011.
